Ash-Shu'araa 26:10

وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ١٠

And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -
